// terms of service
Yoink is a download service. You paste a Spotify link, pick a format, and get a file. That is all it does.
You can use Yoink for personal, non-commercial purposes. Download only content you have the right to access. Respect the rights of artists and rights holders.
You cannot sell, redistribute, or publicly share files you grab without permission. You cannot use this tool for spam, abuse, or unlawful activity. You cannot attempt to break, scan, or overwhelm the service. We may block or throttle anyone who abuses it.
We run a rate limit so one person does not hog the queue. Large playlists and batch jobs may be rejected or delayed to keep things fair for everyone.
Yoink is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no promises about uptime, speed, or availability. The service may change, go down, or be discontinued at any time. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this service.
Yoink does not own, host, or re-publish any content you download. Files are fetched directly at your request and are your responsibility. Removing or circumventing protections is on you.
We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
